Down Home is a Father and Son based business and we have been working together for many years and we have completed many projects together. In 2008 while based in Tampa we were the main contractor and flipped 125 apartments into condos and assisted in selling them for the complex owners. Once we moved to Green Cove Springs, we re-started Down Home and we are now operating and want to help you with your home renovation needs.
